We ship across India. Delivery times depend on your location and courier service availability.
For items priced Rs. 1000 or below, a shipping fee of Rs. 100 will be charged at checkout. No shipping fee for items above Rs. 1000.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. To cancel, you may refuse delivery when the courier arrives.
COD is not available for orders below Rs. 1000 and for orders above Rs. 1999.
If you are not satisfied with your order upon delivery, you can raise a return request.

Only unused goods will be accepted for refund within 14 days of receipt.
SALE items, Bags, and Accessories (except Belts) are not returnable, refundable, or replaceable.
Items eligible for return must be unused, intact, and in original packaging (labels, tags, boxes, plastic wrap). We offer repairs for broken items.
Every product includes a seal tag. The seal tag must remain attached and intact. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the seal tag is removed, damaged, or tampered with.

If you cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it or before procurement, a full refund will be issued within 3-5 business days.
If your order cannot be processed or shipped due to unavoidable circumstances, it will be cancelled and fully refunded.
Refunds are only issued if the order is damaged, faulty, or incorrect at delivery.
No refund for orders delivered with the correct colour and size as selected by the customer.
If your order included shipping charges, the refund will exclude the shipping amount (i.e., Rs. 50).
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and passes the condition check.
COD refunds: 5 to 7 business days after initiation.
Prepaid refunds: 5 to 7 business days after initiation, depending on your bank.
